Jim Zuccaro, LUTCF, President - With 25 year of insurance experience, Jim has a BS degree in Insurance & Risk Management from the University of Florida and is licensed to sell all lines of insurance. He specializes in commercial insurance including contractors, manufacturers and public entities, among others. He also works with clients for their life, health, disability and long term care insurance needs.

Sandy Masl - Licensed Account Executive with nearly 30 years of insurance experience. She has been affiliated with Erie Insurance most of her career and specializes in personal insurance programs and bonds.

Stephanie Plavecsky - Licensed in Property/Casualty as well as Life and Health, Stephanie has over 5 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry. Steph specializes in personal insurance programs, and is very knowledgeable with commercial and life insurance as well.

Tracy Zuccaro - Licensed Account Executive with 5 years of customer service experience. Tracy provides service to both personal and commercial clients in addition to serving as the office manager.
